Gruett's Inc. was founded in 1958 by 19 year old Harlan Gruett on hard work, determination, and dedication. But more simple than that Gruett's Inc. was founded to fill a need. At the time that need was to make sure the local farmers had what they needed to keep their operation running smoothly which meant working an outside job during the day and coming home at night and pounding plow plates, building green feed racks, etc... to get the business up and running.
Today at Gruett's Inc. you can find all types of services that you can't find at most dealers and we pride ourselves on being different than the other guys.

1) Ag Retail:
Since the early 1970s Gruett's Inc. has been representing well-known agricultural manufacturers forming the Ag Retail division of Gruett's Inc. This division provides farmers of all sizes the equipment they need to run their operation as efficient as possible. We represent over 25 manufacturers so we have a wide selection of equipment for big, medium, small, and hobby farmers. With inventory averages of over 250 new and used implements to choose from on our lot as well as over 25 new and used tractors and skid loaders from 25 - 275 horsepower.
--- So whether you are a hobby farmer or weekend farmer looking for the perfect compact tractor/loader/mower combination, round baler, rake, post hole digger, or flail chopper to run your land comfortably and efficiently we can help you.
--- If you are a big farmer who runs thousands of acres or a custom operator working for the farmers we have the equipment and implements for you too like big square balers, silage baggers, tractors up to 275 horsepower, field cultivators up to 60', precision planters, GPS field control.
--- We also carry equipment for municipalities, parks, school districts, churches, and other organizations. For this market we have commercial mowers, mid-range and utility tractors, tillers, front mount snowblowers, and more.

2) Gruett's Powercenter:
In 2003 Gruett's Inc. purchased a Polaris franchise from the long time local dealer to diversify and to better serve our farming customers with ATVs and UTVs and to give people living in town a local place to get away from the big box stores to view, ask questions, and make the right decision for what their ATV, Snowmobile, UTVs, Yard Equipment, And Lawnmower needs are.
--- In 2007 to better serve our Power Sports Customers we expanded our showroom and parts area more than tripling our existing space so now you can view up to 40 - 50 pieces of wholegoods, thousands of dollars in apparel and accessories that are all on display.
--- Also in 2007 we also became a full line Stihl Dealer to complete our Powersports lines. In our showroom you can find Polaris ATVs, UTVs, Snowmobiles, Simplicity & Ferris Lawnmowers (Tractor or Zero-Turn), Stihl (chainsaws, weed whackers, cement saws, leaf blowers, apparel, & accessories).
--- We also stock some apparel and helmets. We are not Kohl's but when it comes to Polaris Snow Apparel we have a pretty good selection.
--- By being Polaris exclusive it allows us to stock more Polaris than most dealers and also allows us to stock more parts and more accessories for the lines that we carry.
--- Just recently we began offering a selection of used parts. We do have a good start but we are still building the inventory and when we get the system set up and in place we will have a place on-line for you to find or request used parts for your Polaris or Simplicity.

 3) Gruett's Manufacturing
This division of Gruett's Inc. is where we got our start back in 1958. We have been manufacturing and growing since. We manufacture products from green feed racks to semi-forage trailers to custom steel and fabrication work for local businesses and farmers.
--- In 2008 Gruett's Manufacturing purchased the Uebler Feed Cart Line from Ferris Industries a division of Briggs & Stratton and began production in January 2009.
--- We have a dealer network of about 120 dealers for our products.
--- Our products reach 13 states and go as far as Asia.
-- We are working with USAGNET to build a top-notch website where you can find what you are looking for.

 4) Gruett's Custom Work
Since the early 1980s Gruett's Inc. has performed custom work for the farmers in our area. We can handle custom manure removal jobs of any size. We do custom silage bagging. We can pour your bunker cement slabs or manure pit. We can put up your grain bin and just about any other farm work in between.
--- Custom Manure Removal has (6) semi-tankers, (3) straight trucks, (2) irriagation engines with hoses, (10) props, (3) pumps, and (4) fill pipes so we can handle jobs of any size.
--- We have one self-propelled versa bagger capable of putting up 10', 12', or 14' bags up to 500' long. We also have (2) pull-type baggers available.
--- We have (2) semi-forage trailers available with a semi and driver for chopping.
--- Gruett's can also do your concrete work on the farm from pouring bunker slabs to expansion projects.
--- Don't forget that after you buy a grain bin from us we can install it as well.
--- We run (1) Hesston Big Square Baler with an auto applicator for any big square baling you need done.
