The late Ruby Gruett was our second 25 year employee and one of only two of our 25 year employees that Harlan Gruett (founder) got to see reach the milestone.
- Ruby worked in Parts and Reception. Ruby received her 25 year watch in 1988.
- Thank You For Your Time Ruby!!! | - Lloyd Gruett was our first 25 year employee and is still employed with us.
- Lloyd started working part time with his cousin Harlan in March of 1960 and becam full time in May of 1961. He received his 25 year watch in 1986.
- Lloyd is the head of our Manufacturing division and when you don't see him here you might be able to catch him on the lake lookin for the champion walleye.

- Rick Lau began working at Gruett's Inc. in March of 1972 part time and became full time in June of 1972 and is currently still working with us. Rick received his 25 year watch in 1997.
- Rick works in our custom work division and is the guy to call when it comes to barn jobs involving barn cleaners, silo unloaders, conveyors, or concrete work.
- Outside of work you will not find many people who know more about the Packers or Brewers than Rick. When he isn't watchin the game there is a good chance you will see Rick helpin out the neighbors.
- Thanks Rick For Your Many Years Of Help!!! | - Dennis Gruett began working with us in March of 1973 part time and became full time in June of 1975.
- Dennis received his 25 year watch in 2000 and continues to be employed at Gruett's today.
- Dennis works in our parts department.
- When not behind the parts counter you can find Dennis doing woodworking projects in his new woodworking shed, playing fantasy football somewhere, or playing Scott and working to recruit new players.

- Steve "Berry" Loose began working at Gruett's part time in April of 1976 and became full time in June 1977.
- Berry received his 25 year watch in 2002 and still works with us. Berry works in our repair shop and assembles and fixes farm implments.
- Berry is a legendary Bean Bag thrower for anyone interested in challenging him.
- Thanks Berry For All The Years And We Look Forward To Many More!!! | - Steve Gruett began working part time at Gruett's in June of 1975 and became full time in June of 1978.
- Steve received his 25 year watch in 2003 and still works at Gruett's today.
- Steve is the President and CEO of Gruett's Inc. and has held that position since 1993. Steve is also part owner of Gruett's Inc..

- Gregg Eickert began working at Gruett's part time in September of 1977 and became full time in June of 1978.
- Gregg received his 25 year watch in 2003 and continues to work with us.
- Gregg is the head fabricator in the Manufacturing division.
- When not at work you can find Gregg supporting the Brillion Lions.
- Thanks Gregg For All Your Years Of Help And We Look Forward To Many More!!! | - Jeff Gruett began working at Gruett's in January of 1977 part time and moved to full time in June of 1980.
- Jeff received his 25 year watch in 2005.
- Jeff is the Vice President of our Manufacturing Division. Jeff is also part owner of Gruett's Inc.
- If you don't see Jeff at Gruett's you might find him at the races on Thursday night at WIR in Kaukauna or clipping the lawn at his church.

- Earl Stache began working at Gruett's part time in May of 1967 and became full time in 1979 and semi retired in 1994.
- Earl received his 25 year watch in 2004 and continues to work part time.
- Earl drove truck while he worked full time and during part of his semi retirement. He now helps up with maintenance and upkeep of the shop and showroom.
- Thanks Earl For All The Years Of Help!!! | - Vern began working at Gruett's in November of 1980 full time.
- Vern received his 25 year watch in 2005 and remains with us hopefully for many more years.
- Vern works in our repair shop and helps assemble and repair spreaders, mixers, and bale processors. Vern also takes care of our custom bagging.

- Dave Gruett began working at Gruett's part time in January of 1980 and came on full time in June of 1983.
- Dave received his 25 year watch in 2008 and continues to work at Gruett's today.
- Dave is the CFO/Treasurer of Gruett's Inc. and helps out in parts and rental as well. He is also part owner of Gruett's Inc. as well.
- When Dave is not at work you can find him coaching youth basketball and softball or camping somewhere.
- Thanks Dave For All The Years Of Service!!! | - Chris Lau began working at Gruett's Inc. in June of 1984 full time.
- Chris received her 25 year watch in 2009 and remains employed at Gruett's.
- Chris takes care of payroll, co-op advertising, and accounts receivable. Chris is also part owner of Gruett's Inc.

We not only need to thank the people pictured above that have over 25 years in working for us but we need to thank all the other employees as well. Our people are what make us and we like to think that when it comes to people not many people can come close to us. We have more experience in our markets than just about anybody in the industry.
Once again on behalf of Gruett's Inc. we would like to thank all of the people that work here and make us who we are. We have 50 years under our belt and look forward to the next 50. |
With that all being said we would like to invite you in to our store here in Potter and put our people to the test. I think that you will find that we have experience and knowledge second to none. That paired with the ability to do just about anything from retail powersports and agriculture to hauling manure, renting equipment, and getting you steel for your race car or any other project you may have.
